Client Service Associate

Ever encounter one of those customer service people who has no concept of customer service?  Us too.  It’s disappointing, frustrating, and a waste of time.

At Pennington, Bass, we never want to be "those people.” We want to be the people our clients can depend on no matter what. We are a dedicated group of people who strive to provide great customer service every day in everything we do.  And guess what?  We’re growing. So, if you fit the following description, we’d love to talk to you.

We like to work with people who “get it.” You know, fun, kind, energetic, smart, problem-solving people, willing to do whatever it takes (morally/legally/ethically, of course) to provide excellent customer service. We want to work with people we can trust, who are dependable (that means showing up on time and doing your job), who can laugh at themselves, and who are self-starters. We like deadlines—and we like to beat them. We like people who are quiet when they need to be and who speak up when it’s important. We like attention to detail (we’re dealing with people’s money, after all), but we don’t like finger-pointing. We like creative people who also know how to think rationally and linearly. We like people who know how to have a good time away from the office and at the office, and the proper way to do both. We are professional in our demeanor and appearance. We take our business and our clients very seriously…we just don’t take ourselves too seriously.
